Key responsibilities include organizing collection and delivery routes, providing WhatsApp-based support to partner clinics, receiving and triaging samples according to priority, and monitoring motorcycle couriers to ensure efficient service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for candidates seeking a dynamic work environment with intensive operational routines. Essential attributes include being organized, agile, possessing strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively. **Qualifications** * Logistics organization: Ability to plan routes and efficiently monitor collections and deliveries. * Customer service: Skill in courteously and promptly responding to partner clinics via WhatsApp. * Sample control: Experience or aptitude in receiving, sorting, and organizing samples according to priority level. * Operational monitoring: Ability to track motorcycle couriers and ensure timely fulfillment of tasks and deadlines. * Administrative skills: Basic knowledge of information organization, recordkeeping, and operational control.
