We seek a **Process Analyst** to join GAV Resorts’ Management and Processes team, contributing to the mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement of organizational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement** * Map and model organizational processes, structuring workflows and responsibilities * Analyze existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities * Identify root causes of inefficiency, waste, and operational failures * Support implementation of improvements and monitor their outcomes **Standardization and Performance Indicator Management** * Develop and review normative documents (SOPs, instructions, policies, and manuals) * Maintain up-to-date process documentation aligned with company practices * Analyze and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) * Conduct internal process and management system audits * Identify non-conformities and track corrective and preventive action plans * Monitor process execution, ensuring adherence to defined standards * Support training delivery on processes and continuous improvement * Collaborate across departments to align processes * Contribute to the dissemination of process-based management culture **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek in You:** **Education** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields) **Mandatory Technical Knowledge** Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Process management methodologies: BPM and BPMN Continuous improvement and quality tools: PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram Experience in continuous improvement or process optimization projects Performance indicator (KPI) management and data analysis **Tools and Systems** Bizagi (process modeling) Office Suite — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance: BRL 8.60 per day | via Caju Card * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day | via Caju Card * Health Insurance: Hapvida * Dental Insurance: Bradesco Dental * Life Insurance * Discount on GAV Resorts for personal use during vacations, subject to availability and internal rules * Breakfast and afternoon snack Since 2014, we have pursued accelerated growth and are now a reference in the multiproperty market.
