Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback provision. * Monitor consultant-led processes and implement leadership, culture, process, and onboarding follow-up initiatives for new employees. * Assist in organizing internal training sessions and events. * Perform administrative HR tasks, such as document control, spreadsheet updates, and HR management system data entry. * Support benefits administration, including data entry and tracking. * Participate in endomarketing initiatives and internal communications. * Organize and manage internal support routines for senior management. * Conduct confidential and trustworthy internal and external conversations, alignments, and communications. Requirements \- Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. \- Knowledge of recruitment and selection. \- Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, Excel). \- Basic understanding of training and development. \- Document organization and data control skills. \- Basic knowledge of labor legislation. \- Familiarity with HR sub-processes.
