Familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem is a plus. Requirements * Microsoft Fabric — Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines * Power BI Desktop and Service (RLS, publishing, management) * Advanced DAX — time intelligence, CALCULATE, iterators * Dimensional modeling (star schema, fact/dimension) * Using LLMs in analytical workflows and narrative generation * Portfolio of dashboards and reports — mandatory presentation Responsibilities * Build and maintain Power BI reports focused on executive language * Model and document semantic models in Fabric * Gather requirements from business areas and validate KPIs * Apply storytelling to transform data into decisions * Ensure governance and traceability in analytical models Differentiators * LLMs applied to data modeling (CLAUDE, GEMINI, CODEX...) * PL-300 or DP-600 certifications. * Experience with PySpark, Python, or Azure Data Factory * Experience in the real estate sector or construction ERP systems
