Use of UAU and Domínio systems JOB: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – REAL ESTATE Company: Pattro Location: Central District - Goiânia Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: To be discussed Benefits: Pharmacy plan (after probation period), Workplace gymnastics, Birthday Day Off (after probation period), Psychology plan via Guidus (after probation period), Afternoon snack, Unimed health insurance (after probation period), Dental plan (after probation period), Meal allowance: BRL 27.00 per workday, Transportation allowance or transportation card: BRL 8.60 per workday **Objective:** Perform accounting-tax routines for the real estate sector, ensuring accurate calculation of taxes, withholdings, and validation of fiscal documents related to real estate developments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Calculation of federal and municipal taxes * Verification of accounts payable and withholdings in NFS (Service Invoices) * Analysis of contractor contract withholdings * Administrative support for construction projects/developments * Issuance of NFS, delivery invoices, and fixed asset sales invoices * Closing of IRRF PJ (Corporate Income Tax Withholding), federal contributions, and eSocial (without payroll) * Validation of fiscal invoices * Use of **UAU and Domínio** systems **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields * Knowledge of tax legislation and withholding rules Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 - BRL 2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience with the UAU system? * Are you available to start immediately?
