Job Summary: Performs operational and support services across various areas, including yards, warehouses, and factories, contributing to the company's activities. Key Highlights: 1. System monitoring and participation in emergency response teams Perform, under instruction, operational support services in operational areas including landfill sites, yards, warehouses, workshops, cold rooms, storerooms, factories, and/or field locations—carrying out loading, disassembly and assembly, organizing, packaging, distribution, material handling, arrangement, lubrication, reception of healthcare waste, assistance in operating high-pressure autoclaves, biogas production monitoring, and other similar activities, thereby supporting the company’s operational work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, under instruction, support services for operational and manufacturing activities in yards, warehouses, workshops, storerooms, production facilities, and field locations—including organizing, unloading and loading equipment, disassembly and assembly, storage, distribution, material handling, cleaning, lubrication, and other similar tasks related to materials and tools—performing securing, counting, and/or storage to support the company’s operational work; * Assist, under instruction, in professional mechanical, metalworking, painting, and operational tasks—retrieving tools and materials, providing operational support, performing disassembly, lubrication, and component cleaning—to support the work of the respective department; * Perform manual labor for preparing and restoring work areas—including breaking, drilling, excavation, debris collection, and other tasks required at workstations; * Collect soil and water samples, following established procedures or supervisory instructions, and properly package them for laboratory analysis; * Clean operational facilities by sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, and removing grease and oil to ensure workplace order and maintenance; * Monitor systems according to internal procedures, record data, and report findings to supervisors; * Participate in EPAE (Emergency Response Teams), performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary emergency operations; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions—whether within internal or third-party teams—and report or take preventive actions per institutional instructions; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education (4th grade) preferred. * Specific courses or certifications relevant to the position. * Promptness, focused attention, interest, excellent physical stamina, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal skills. * Prior experience of at least 6 months in related operational activities preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
