Monitoring the financial performance of projects We seek a dynamic professional with strong organizational skills and methodology, who enjoys teamwork and wishes to become part of our Finance team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational support during the financing contracting process with financial institutions. * Organize and control the documentation required for formalizing credit agreements. * Monitor the disbursement schedule, ensuring funds are released as stipulated in the contract. * Perform monthly maintenance of contracted financings, including updating spreadsheets, internal systems, and management controls. * Monitor deadlines, charges, amortizations, and other contractual conditions. * Track monthly progress measurements related to financings and validate information with responsible departments. * Cross-reference measurement data with internal results (budgetary, accounting, and financial), identifying potential discrepancies. * Support the preparation of management reports for monitoring the financial performance of financed projects. * Maintain operational relationships with banks and other financial partners. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal financial controls. * Monitor, control, and coordinate with other departments regarding guarantee maintenance requirements; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the field; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams. **Additional Information** * Unimed National Health Insurance Plan: no employee contribution for ward or private room coverage; * Psychological support in partnership with Unimed Seguros; * Unimed Odonto dental plan; * Meal allowance/food voucher of BRL 836.00 per month; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance \- Unimed Seguros; * Birth assistance \- receipt of a BRL 2,000.00 welcome basket upon the birth of the employee's child; * Breakfast and afternoon snack provided at the office; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * Extended parental leave of 30 days beyond the statutory requirement; * 15% discount on electricity bills; * Annual bonus, according to internal regulations.
