Proactive and reactive customer service via phone and WhatsApp. Commercial Assistant Position Description: Responsible for managing the portfolio of affiliated customers within the fuel station network, performing prospecting, negotiation, registration, and continuous follow-up, with a focus on increasing volume, enhancing loyalty, and improving profitability. Responsibilities: * Provide proactive and reactive customer service to affiliated customers via phone and WhatsApp * Prospect new customers for affiliation agreements (companies, fleet operators, partners) * Register new customers in the system * Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company guidelines * Monitor the customer portfolio to ensure activation and recurring engagement Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Experience in inside sales or portfolio management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Preferred qualifications: experience with affiliation programs, fleet management, or B2B.
