The Instituto Alcance is an organization dedicated to social and educational development, implementing projects aimed at inclusion and community capacity building. **Responsibilities:** Execute the entire hiring and offboarding process. Manage and monitor electronic timekeeping. Calculate payroll and labor-related charges. Administer vacations and leaves. Issue and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS). Provide support to employees and assist managers. Maintain and organize labor documentation and records.
