Job Summary: Install and maintain telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV services, ensuring proper operation and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Working with optical fiber and network cables EXPERIENCE, OWN CAR, AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED! Perform installation and maintenance of telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV (optical fiber), keeping them in good working condition, in accordance with standard quality procedures and scheduled deadlines. Contact the CL to report service completion or issues that prevented execution; Contact the customer in cases of recurring defects; Conduct final testing to complete maintenance work; Close the service order with the CL, IVR, or PDA; Detect anomalies in the telephone network, identifying faulty cabinets, broken poles, severed, corroded, or stolen cables; Evaluate alternatives for routing and securing coaxial cable, optical fiber, or network cable to the location designated by the customer.
