Job Summary: Technical professional to work in health infrastructure, coordinating and supervising maintenance services, preparing reports, and supporting service procurement. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite / AutoCAD / Maintenance or installation of refrigeration systems. Microsoft Office Suite; Internet; Best practices in maintenance; Technical standards related to elevator installation and maintenance. Planning and monitoring of maintenance demands, supporting supervision of the contracted company providing services; * Issuing maintenance service requests and continuously updating information in the management system according to its updates; * Preparing periodic reports with analyses, services completed, quantitative data, and future schedules; * Requesting materials required for service execution and supervising their usage; * Planning and supporting the procurement of services or acquisition of equipment; * Conducting measurements and tests on passenger and cargo vertical transportation equipment; * Performing diagnostics and assessments for equipment installation; * Coordinating installation, assembly, and maintenance teams when necessary.
