Job Summary: Operate and maintain the gas plant, ensuring safety and efficiency in gas production and quality, performing monitoring, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment Operate and maintain gas plant activities to ensure safety and efficiency procedures, monitor and control the production and quality of generated gas; inspect and regularly maintain gas operation functionality; perform occasional equipment repairs; carry out regular maintenance, testing, and adjustments; execute shutdown, startup, and operational record-keeping procedures for gas operations in compliance with defined internal procedures and relevant legislation and regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain gas plant activities, extracting gases using blowers and directing them to the combustion system, following defined safety and efficiency procedures; * Monitor physical process variables in gas production, such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature, while controlling gas production and quality against defined specifications; * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive inspections and maintenance on equipment and their functionalities, carrying out minor repairs to correct the gas production process, following instructions from immediate supervisors to avoid disruption of production; * Conduct field measurements using portable measuring devices, controlling gas production and quality against defined parameters to meet customer standards; * Ensure conservation and cleanliness of gas production process equipment, physically monitoring all equipment to confirm proper operation, performing required tests and adjustments per equipment specifications and immediate supervisor guidance; * Control the quality of produced biogas by verifying drying and filtration systems feeding into the gas analyzer, observing company-defined procedures and references; * Perform other duties related to the position upon request from the immediate supervisor. * Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts to support implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing the SGI; * Participate in internal events / campaigns / training related to the SGI. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum Education: Completed high school. * Solid knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and procedures; ability to work independently and interpret and apply technical documents. * Organizational sense, communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork and stress-management capacity, ability to follow instructions, proactivity, organizational sense, sense of urgency, and teamwork complement the desired profile. * Minimum 1 year of experience in activities relevant to the position held. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
