





Main responsibilities: * Manage the entire store and its leadership. * Manage the distribution of sales targets among store departments and evaluate area performance together with leaders. * Monitor and research market prices, offers, etc., aiming to identify competitor behavior and provide suggestions to surpass them. * Manage the store's entire operational flow, identifying potential bottlenecks, proposing and implementing corrective and/or improvement measures as needed. * Analyze and identify opportunities to optimize revenue volume, propose alternatives to achieve monthly sales targets, suggest procedures to minimize deviations in sales flow, control, manage, and propose improvements in all manageable expenses to enhance results. * Manage loss prevention and asset security procedures. * Participate in renovation, expansion, construction, and maintenance projects for stores and new units (branches), ensuring uniformity in procedures and organization. * Manage people management processes in partnership with Supervisors and Leaders. * Stay updated on product availability in stock and sales areas to speed up customer service and restocking processes, including products specific to seasonal campaigns. What we are looking for: * 5 years of experience as a store manager (fashion retail). * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Flexible availability.
