Key Responsibilities: Develop the driver instruction and training process Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees Conduct interviews with drivers jointly with HR Administer practical driving tests for drivers Assist in moving company vehicles Provide guidance on vehicle maneuvering and operation Monitor performance, conduct, and adherence to operational procedures Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies Support refresher training and continuous improvement initiatives for the operational team Requirements: Class E Driver's License (CNH E) Proven experience as a professional driver Experience in driver training, instruction, or supervision Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a teaching-oriented profile Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving techniques Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a driving instructor Experience in logistics operations or cargo transportation Certifications in defensive driving, cargo transportation, or instructor training Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
