Job Profile: Supply Chain Supervisor We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor with solid experience in the Procurement area to strategically coordinate and supervise procurement processes, service contracting, supplier management, and support to shipyard operations. The professional will be responsible for leading and guiding the procurement team (assistants and analysts), ensuring efficient execution of quotation processes, negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier follow-up—guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and operational requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Supervision of material and service procurement processes; * Management and development of the supplier base, including performance evaluation, qualification, and documentary compliance; * Support and interface with internal and external audits (ISO, offshore audits, and customer requirements); * Contract and performance indicator (KPI) monitoring for the department; * Integrated collaboration with operational, engineering, finance, and legal departments, ensuring alignment with shipyard needs; * Contribution to continuous process improvement and cost optimization. Experience in industrial environments, shipyards, or offshore operations is desirable, as well as knowledge of management systems (ERP) and quality, safety, and compliance standards. An analytical, organized profile with leadership skills, strong communication, strategic vision, and decision-making ability is expected. Requirements and Qualifications* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Fluent oral and written English communication * Prior experience in procurement within the Offshore segment * Proven experience in the Procurement area, including material purchasing and service contracting; * Experience managing and supervising teams; * Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts; * Knowledge of supplier management and qualification, including document control and validation; * Experience supporting and following up on internal and external audits (ISO, customer requirements, and/or offshore audits); * Knowledge of procurement processes, performance indicators (KPIs), and cost control; * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Protheus, SAP, or similar); * Strong communication skills, organization, sense of priority, and decision-making ability.
