You will get hands-on experience to reinvent how our products reach people. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities: **✨Key Activities You’ll Lead:** Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the optimization of logistics processes across distribution centers. * Manage daily logistics operations at distribution centers, including floor monitoring, volume control, productivity tracking, and adherence to planning — coordinating with logistics partners and related departments. * Monitor floor operations and partner performance, executing D+1 planning (transfers, fleet scheduling, pickups/deliveries), aligning with the Control Tower, and managing operational priorities. * Conduct logistics process analyses, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and service-level improvements, supporting implementation of operational enhancements and standardization. * Prepare management reports and presentations for performance forums (daily, weekly, and monthly meetings), supporting leadership with data-driven critical analyses and recommendations. * Interface with internal departments, Planning Tower, logistics network, and partners — responding to call-outs and supporting improvement initiatives.
