We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to work in a dynamic operational environment with strong interface with naval and industrial operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management across multiple units, guaranteeing accuracy, organization, and agile response to operational and maintenance demands.

**Job Mission**
Supervise and ensure efficient, secure, and accurate inventory management across operational units, guaranteeing physical and system-based material control, fulfillment of maintenance and operational demands, and compliance with Procurement policies and standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
Inventory Operational Management
Supervise material receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch;
Ensure correct physical and system-based item location;
Guarantee warehouse organization and standardization;
Control critical and high-turnover materials.
Control and Accuracy
Ensure physical inventory vs. system (ERP – Protheus) accuracy;
Plan and execute rotating and full inventories;
Monitor and resolve discrepancies;
Control materials under quarantine, testing, or remanufacturing.
Governance and Processes
Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures;
Control inbound invoice flow, work order consumption, and internal movements;
Guarantee material traceability;
Support internal and external audits.
Operational Support
Fulfill maintenance (PCM), operations, and docking demands;
Prioritize critical materials to prevent operational stoppages;
Collaborate with Procurement to align demand requirements.
People Management
Lead warehouse teams across all three locations;
Define shift schedules (including 24-hour coverage when required);
Monitor performance and productivity;
Conduct training and standardization initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Support material planning;
Reduce stockouts and excess inventory;
Implement improvements (intelligent location assignment, ABC analysis, automation);
Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar initiatives.
KPI Management
Monitor and report on KPIs such as:
**Inventory Accuracy:**
Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment rate
Inventory turnover
Critical material stockouts
Order fulfillment time
Prepare managerial reports.
Material Management (Naval Environment)
Control vessel spare parts;
Track docking and remanufacturing materials;
Ensure appropriate storage based on technical criticality.
**Requirements**
Education
**Completed Bachelor’s degree in:**
Logistics
Business Administration
Engineering or related fields
**Experience**
Experience in warehouse management and inventory control;
Experience in complex logistics operations;
Experience in industrial or naval environments will be considered a significant advantage.
Technical Knowledge
Inventory management (ABC analysis, inventories, accuracy);
ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus preferred);
Procurement and Logistics processes;
Basic technical specification reading;
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
