Work in strategic sectors such as Oil & Gas and Energy We are a reference in industrial heating solutions, developing innovative projects for major industries since 2018\. **We operate in strategic sectors including:** Oil & Gas Energy Petrochemical Pulp & Paper Food General Process Industries If you seek professional growth, new challenges, and the opportunity to join a continuously evolving company, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** · Interpret technical drawings, project documents, sketches, and fabrication and assembly specifications. · Perform layout and marking of sheets, pipes, metal profiles, and other materials for cutting, bending, rolling, and forming processes. · Develop templates, molds, fixtures, and layouts for manufacturing parts, assemblies, and metal structures. · Conduct measurements, geometric and dimensional calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. · Prepare materials for fabrication, assembly, and welding processes. · Verify dimensions, alignments, squareness, and other technical requirements of laid-out parts. · Identify, analyze, and correct deviations, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in markings and received specifications. · Provide technical support to cutting, sheet metal, welding, and assembly teams to ensure proper execution of tasks. · Use measuring and layout instruments such as tape measures, calipers, squares, compasses, levels, and activity-specific equipment. · Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials before and during task execution. · Maintain, organize, and clean tools, instruments, and equipment under your responsibility. · Strictly comply with applicable safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards. · Participate in training sessions, safety dialogues, and continuous improvement programs. · Other duties relevant to the position **Requirements:** Experience as a Sheet Metal Patternmaker; Experience reading and interpreting mechanical and structural technical drawings; Proficiency in layout and development of parts from sheets and metal profiles; Basic knowledge of welding, boiler-making, and industrial sheet metal work; Fabrication and assembly processes for metal structures; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in industrial projects; Experience working in companies within the oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, pulp & paper, or food sectors.
