Well-organized and clean environment **Job Description: Waiter / Role Summary:** We are looking for a waiter/waitress passionate about customer service to join our team and ensure a memorable experience for our guests in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Greet and seat guests, present the menu, and recommend dishes/beverages. * **Order Taking:** Accurately record orders (especially during peak hours) and relay them to the kitchen/bar. * **Service Delivery:** Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently. * **Organization:** Set up, clean, and sanitize tables and service equipment. * **Sales Support:** Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu to answer guest inquiries. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (verified experience is a plus). * Agility, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Strong communication skills and friendliness. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Knowledge of foreign languages (English) is a plus. **Common Benefits:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Night shift premium (where applicable).
