Developing solutions using AI as a programming interface We are looking for a modern developer oriented toward rapidly building AI-powered solutions. The candidate will directly create platforms, dashboards, websites, and internal applications for Azul Group, leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., Manus and similar), combining natural language with technical expertise to architect robust solutions. Ideal Profile: \* "Builder" mindset (focused on building, testing, and iterating quickly) \* Curiosity and familiarity with AI tools applied to programming \* Ability to rapidly transform ideas into functional products Technical Requirements: \* Proficiency in programming logic \* Understanding of full-stack development (back-end and front-end) \* Basic/intermediate knowledge of: \* JavaScript \* APIs and integrations \* Databases (modeling and queries) \* Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) \* Experience or interest in AI coding tools (e.g., Manus, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: \* Practical experience building systems, dashboards, or automations \* Knowledge of system architecture \* Basic understanding of UX/UI \* Experience with platform integrations (APIs, webhooks, automations) Level: Junior or Mid-level (execution capability matters more than years of experience) Responsibilities: \* Build and enhance internal platforms (dashboards, systems, and tools) \* Develop solutions using AI as the primary programming interface \* Integrate various systems and tools across the ecosystem \* Ensure logical organization and structure of solutions (especially back-end) Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
