





Job Description: The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support to users, performing minor hardware and software maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of computer networks. This professional also resolves technical issues, performs installation and configuration of systems and devices, and assists in the implementation, installation, and training related to software developed by the contracting company and its partners. Responsibilities and Duties * External Support: Provide technical support and maintenance services for IT equipment directly at client locations. * Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware. * Diagnosis and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in computers, networks, servers, printers, and other devices. * User Training: Provide training on the use of systems and applications as needed. * Network and Connectivity Support: Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and peripherals. * Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid future failures. * Documentation: Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer requests. Requirements and Qualifications - Education: Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. - Experience: Prior experience in external technical support, computer and network maintenance. Technical Knowledge: - Windows and Linux operating systems. - Networking (cabling, router and switch configuration, Mikrotik, etc.). - Hardware maintenance (component replacement, cleaning, upgrades). - Printer and peripheral support. - Willingness to travel - Driver's License Category B 2512090203141418366
