The Senior HR Internal Controls Business Analyst will assist in the execution of FME’s compliance program through aligning and rolling\-out our HR Services Audit \& Compliance program. Instruct technician group in tooling usage as required. * Liaison across multiple departments include both the internal team and customers to ensure seamless service and work scope execution. * Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and tasks. Ensure consistency with engineering policies and procedures, and customer requirements. * Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments. * Participate in problem\-solving process.
