




Turn Leads into Opportunities! We’re looking for a dedicated and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. If you’re energized by connecting with people and turning potential into reality, this is your chance! **Your Mission:** Nurture past relationships, rekindle interest in our services, and route qualified leads to the sales team—directly contributing to revenue growth and the strategic utilization of our customer base. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Identify and Segment: Analyze our database to locate inactive or lost contacts. * Re-engage: Contact these leads/customers via email, phone calls, or other communication channels. * Re-qualify: Assess whether the contact still holds potential and interest in the franchise’s services. * Generate New Opportunities: If re-qualified, the SDR schedules meetings for the Expansion Manager to continue the sales process. * Multichannel Communication: Use at least six contact channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone, LinkedIn, and Facebook) to conduct strategic interactions. * Connect and Convert: Make a minimum of seven calls per day, focusing on delivering value quickly to capture leads’ attention and interest. * Lead Management and CRM: Continuously update our CRM system with accurate, detailed information about leads and appointments—and provide insights to improve our pre-sales scripts. * Lead Generation and Remarketing: Attend trade fairs to generate new leads, and perform remarketing on promising leads not yet converted. * Tracking and Development: Meticulously track the pre-sales process, ensuring leads remain engaged until they connect with the Expansion Manager. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: High school diploma is mandatory. Additional education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Sales is considered a competitive advantage. * Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles—especially within franchises or commercial areas. * Excellence in verbal and written communication, with a focus on delivering value quickly. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to maintain organization within the CRM system. * Results-Oriented and Engaging: Ability to keep leads enthusiastic and warm until their meeting with the Expansion Manager. **Living nearby is a plus!** Contribute to the success of our future franchisees—engage and inspire!
