Control organization and safety in the department A company specializing in the repair and manufacturing of bus and truck parts is seeking a **Machining Supervisor** to lead the production team. The professional will be responsible for overseeing machining processes, organizing team activities, and ensuring service quality and on-time delivery. * Coordinate and guide the machining team (turners, millers, and operators); * Assign and monitor work orders; * Ensure adherence to production deadlines; * Monitor quality of machined parts; * Assist in machine programming and adjustment when necessary; * Control organization and safety in the department. * Proven experience in machining; * Proven experience in maintenance; * Experience in parts reconditioning or metallurgical companies. * Experience in team leadership; * Knowledge of mechanical lathes, milling machines, and machining processes; * Desired experience in heavy-duty vehicle parts reconditioning; * Commitment and organizational skills.
