




Job Summary: Internship preferably for a Food Technician, focused on laboratory activities, including preparation, sterilization, and microbiological analysis of culture media and food. Key Highlights: 1. Preferably a Food Technician 2. Performs microbiological analyses of food, swab samples, water, and food handlers 3. Prepares, sterilizes, and identifies culture media Preferably a Food Technician RESPONSIBILITIES: Weigh and reconstitute culture media according to the manufacturer's instructions; Distribute liquid culture media into flasks, test tubes, and Petri dishes; Perform sterilization and record production of culture media; Weigh food samples; Conduct biochemical tests; Perform readings; Perform plating and supplementation of culture media after production; Batch and quantify produced culture media; Identify produced culture media until specific tests (sterilization and performance) are completed; Identify culture media after testing; Perform microbiological analyses of food, swab samples, water, and food handlers using conventional or automated techniques; Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
