We are looking for an intern to work in the Production area, supporting the team in monitoring production processes, analyzing performance indicators, preparing reports, and assisting in continuous improvement projects. If you are communicative, organized, and seeking an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, this position is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support monitoring of the production process; * Track performance indicators; * Assist in the preparation of technical reports; * Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization projects; * Support the production team in daily activities; * Participate in training sessions and operational meetings; * Propose innovations together with the supervision team; * Assist in problem-solving analyses; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry; * Expected graduation within 2 years; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Knowledge of Quality Tools (5PQ, Ishikawa, Pareto); * Good communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and Quality tools; * Intermediate English proficiency; * SAP knowledge
