Analytical, organized, and proactive profile **KXC Tecnologia**, experiencing strong growth in the Cloud market, is seeking a Night Shift NOC Technician for on-call duty (12x36\) to ensure stability and continuity of our cloud environments. ? **About the role** Monitor and support AWS environments, ensuring service continuity and rapid incident response during the night shift. ? **Main responsibilities** * Monitoring of AWS environments (CloudWatch, Zabbix, Grafana) * Incident and alert handling and response * Execution of routine and scheduled tasks * Logging and tracking of service tickets * Interaction with clients (e.g., Bitrix24\) * Escalation to leadership in critical situations * Support for continuous process improvement ? **Requirements** * Knowledge of Cloud (AWS is a plus) * Experience in monitoring (NOC) * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile * Ability to work autonomously during the night shift * Interest in continuous learning ? **Benefits** * ? 100% Remote Work * ?
