





The Human Resources Analyst supports and executes HR processes, with a focus on **Payroll Department (DP)** and **Recruitment and Selection (RS)**. Responsible for ensuring labor-related routines are properly carried out, as well as supporting company growth through talent attraction, selection, and onboarding. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including profile alignment, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-up. * Perform admission activities, time tracking, benefits administration, vacation management, and support during terminations. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the Payroll Department. * Contribute to development initiatives, organizational climate programs, and new employee integration.
