Responsible for supporting drivers during delivery routes, assisting with unloading goods, verifying products, collecting duly signed invoices, collecting/delivering materials to Network stores, providing courteous customer service, and ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality service. Assist in loading and unloading goods onto the truck; Verify products upon delivery to the customer; Organize and secure products inside the vehicle; Accompany the driver during delivery routes; Assist in checking transport documents (invoices, delivery manifests); Ensure the integrity of transported products; Perform pickups, if necessary; Provide excellent customer service at the time of delivery; Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures.
