Focus on process optimization and sales growth **The opportunity to lead the e\-Commerce team at TALENT ON TIME BRASIL LTDA.** We are seeking an E\-commerce Supervisor to join our team. If you are passionate about online sales, have experience managing online stores, and are looking for a challenge, this position is for you! **Important:** **You must reside in Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, or the Lagos Region.** **The professional will work in an itinerant manner across the company's units, providing support to store e\-commerce operations. All travel expenses will be fully covered by the company.** What You Will Do: Daily E\-commerce control: Process optimization Control and monitoring of commercial KPIs Train, supervise, and support the E\-Commerce team Monitor customer service (SAC) Assist in developing actions to increase sales, using commercial inputs and inventory analysis Define performance targets for your operations team Working hours: Monday to Friday, and Saturdays until noon. Requirements: * Proven experience in e\-commerce; * Knowledge of online sales platforms; * Team management skills; * Strong communication and organizational skills.
