The professional will be responsible for performing cost analysis and estimation for engineering projects, ensuring the financial viability of construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze engineering projects and prepare detailed cost estimates; * Monitor construction progress and adjust cost estimates as needed; * Prepare cost reports and present results to the management team; * Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficient solutions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in civil construction cost estimation; * Negotiation and client relationship skills; * Proficiency in project management and cost estimation software; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a results-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic understanding of structural design and civil construction projects; * Familiarity with other civil engineering software tools, such as ERP Sienge; * Willingness to travel.
