Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for?** A proactive, curious, committed professional focused on continuous improvement to join our Monitoring/Infrastructure team. **Your day-to-day will include:** Dashboard Monitoring: Spend most of your time observing monitoring dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace and Kibana) to identify alerts and metric deviations; Alert Management: Receive, validate, and perform initial triage of alerts triggered by monitoring tools. You’ll assess the urgency and severity of each issue; Documentation: Thoroughly record every incident, noting the time, affected system, and triggered alert. This documentation is critical for teams resolving the issue; Communication and Escalation: Communicate and escalate incidents to the responsible team (e.g., development, infrastructure) with all necessary information; Log Analysis: Perform basic log analysis to complement alerts, seeking information that helps the support team understand the error context. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and server hardware; * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms; * Basic knowledge of infrastructure and WebServices; * Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. **Preferred qualifications** * IT Fundamentals: Basic understanding of how networks, servers, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and databases work; * Monitoring Tools: Practical experience with at least one monitoring tool such as Dynatrace or Kibana is desirable. Proficiency in navigating these tools and interpreting their graphs is essential. **Working hours** * **Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** **** **Work model** * **100% on-site in Santo Amaro, São Paulo, SP** **NOTE:** Hey!
