You will interact with various departments across the company, assisting in information flow as well as maintaining key performance indicators and processes. **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the team in coordinating project tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and integration with other teams. * Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and activity tracking. * Update dashboards, metrics, and reports used by the department. * Collaborate on data analysis and support problem-solving efforts. * Interact with internal and external teams to support project-related requests. * Contribute to the preparation of scopes, estimates, and technical documentation. **Required Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Production, Electrical, or Mechatronics) from the 4th semester onward, with expected graduation starting December 2027. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel). **Preferred Qualifications** * Project management knowledge and AutoCAD proficiency are advantageous. * Interest in Project Management and financial control. * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
