Job Summary: Professional to perform installation and repairs of FTTH and FTTA network technologies, carrying out maintenance and optimization of high-speed internet services. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repairing/correcting service faults, such as slow speed, WiFi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying service feasibility when the commercial team has doubts regarding network availability in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * Desirable: NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at heights) certifications; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for flexible working hours / travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available for those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber optic group in the country.
