Separate and weigh ingredients according to the baker's instructions. Shape breads and assist with baking products. Organize utensils, workbenches, and production equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section. Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, Bakery Assistant, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
