Job Summary: A telecommunications professional responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining FTTH and FTTA networks for residential customers, ensuring connectivity and customer satisfaction. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To join this team, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Troubleshooting service issues, including slow speeds, WiFi problems, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether infrastructure exists in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers switch plans; * Attending training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties as required by the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ideal Candidate Profile: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * NR 10 (Electrical Safety) and NR 35 (Work at Heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available for those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel bookings, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
