Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing FTTH and FTTA network installations and repairs, ensuring connectivity and functionality of services for residential customers. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Resolving service faults—including slow speed, Wi-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying service feasibility when the commercial team has doubts regarding network availability in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Attending trainings and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties as required by the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * NR-10 (electrical safety) and NR-35 (work at heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to Amil health plan members) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
