Loss Prevention Officer - Gurupi
Construction Materials Store seeks a Loss Prevention Officer in Teresina (Gurupi). **Responsibilities:** Verify merchandise entries (receipts) and exits (shipments) by checking invoices and conducting physical counts to ensure record accuracy and prevent losses or discrepancies. Approach customers or staff in situations indicating potential risk or non-compliance with regulations, following internal procedures to deter illicit acts, guide on correct procedures, and reinforce security perception. Monitor and control the entry and exit of customers, employees, service providers, and vehicles within company premises to ensure only authorized personnel circulate and to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized removal of assets. Closely observe activity in assigned areas, reporting suspicious behaviors or situations to the monitoring team (CCTV) or leadership to enable immediate recording, analysis, and preventive or corrective action. Conduct or support physical product counts during inventories (rotating or general) to assist in identifying discrepancies between physical and system inventory and in loss investigation. Perform periodic patrols in sales areas, warehouse, administrative zones, and external areas to maintain visibility, deter criminal activity, verify safety conditions, and identify non-conformities. We are seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Lawyer with solid experience in intellectual property, particularly assets protected by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), but also with a broad understanding of copyright law. We are looking for someone who can combine legal expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen—someone who understands the value of intangible assets, knows how to transform them into real tools for growth for companies and startups, and is passionate about translating legal concepts into business language.
