Continuous development of our employees is a priority, as is their well-being and job satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervising accredited service and collection partners; * Providing support and training to accredited service/collection partners; * Prospecting new service locations; * Monitoring and promoting implemented service locations; * Monitoring corporate email; * Ensuring proper care of tools provided by Logos; * Guaranteeing service quality delivered by accredited partners; * Monitoring performance indicators; * Conducting monthly visits to accredited partners within your portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license – Category B; * Personal vehicle (car); * Minimum age of 18 years; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); * Basic computer skills; * Organized mindset; * Sense of urgency, proactivity, and commitment; * Proficiency in Portuguese language; * Familiarity with SAP/CRM/CSS systems (a plus). **Additional Information** * Monthly salary: BRL 2,393.85 * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Totalpass benefit * Creditas partnership * Sesc partnership * Meal allowance * University partnership programs **We Focus on Process Management** With 18 years of market experience, Logos possesses extensive expertise in face-to-face and telephonic customer service.
