This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with direct interaction across various departments, contributing to continuous improvements and the evolution of the institution’s infrastructure and systems. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Technical Support and User Assistance * Providing technical support (Level 1 and Level 2\) to internal users, both on-site and remotely, including diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and telephony equipment incidents. * Strong communication and user service skills, ensuring agility and quality in resolving requests. Infrastructure, Equipment, and Systems * Configuration and maintenance of equipment: installation, configuration, and updates of computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Basic network administration: supporting local infrastructure (LAN/Wi\-Fi), identifying failures, verifying connectivity, configuring access switches, and monitoring network performance. * Internal systems management: supporting maintenance of corporate systems, clinical management tools, and software used by the institution. Routines, Inventory, and Security * IT inventory control: recording, organizing, and updating technology assets (equipment, licenses, supplies). * Preventive maintenance and backup routines: executing verification checks, machine cleaning, updates, and monitoring backup procedures. * Information security (basic level): guiding users, applying best practices, and assisting with access controls.
