We have a position for you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform guest check-in and check-out * Answer phone calls and respond to emails * Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area * Manage reservations and organize documents * Ensure courteous and efficient service **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Experience in customer service (preferred) * Basic computer literacy * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * English or another foreign language is a plus **Work Schedule:** * **Shift System:** Rotating shifts, alternating between **6x1** and **12x36** work cycles.
