We provide comprehensive solutions for residential and commercial construction projects. **Responsibilities:** Lead the preparation of budgets for highly complex construction projects. Compose direct and indirect costs, defining pricing strategies and margins. Develop technical project planning, including the project's work breakdown structure, schedules, and resource histograms. Manage replanning processes and ensure regulatory compliance of budgets. Monitor cost history, key performance indicators, and prepare calculation records to support management. Represent the company in negotiations related to proposals and budgets, and support operational activities. Previous experience as a Cost Engineer, Budget Analyst, Budget Planning Specialist, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
