




Job Summary: A General Services Assistant is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining professional environments, as well as performing other supporting tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Recording of sanitized areas and support to the team A General Services Assistant primarily performs cleaning, organization, and maintenance of various professional environments. They may also carry out other supporting tasks as requested. * Clean floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, drinking fountains, televisions, windows, and any other necessary areas using appropriate tools provided by the company; * Perform selective waste collection from residential units within the condominium; * Report any damage identified during their shift to the supervisor; * Record sanitized areas according to company protocol; * Maintain communication with other team members, providing or requesting assistance as needed. * Other departmental duties Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$1.640,75 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
