Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare and transport construction materials—such as sand, cement, gravel, and others—to work areas; * Assist in mixing and preparing mortar, concrete, and other materials required for construction activities; * Keep the worksite clean and organized by collecting material scraps and waste; * Assist in demolition of structures and removal of debris; * Assist masons in wall erection, application of finishes, and other construction activities; * Perform excavations, leveling, and soil compaction, when required; * Assist in cutting and removing trees or vegetation from construction sites, following safety guidelines and regulations; * Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials; * Ensure proper maintenance and usage of provided tools and equipment; * Follow instructions from masons and construction supervisors to ensure compliance with safety standards; * Perform other duties inherent to the role, as required by operational needs.
