Job Summary: A Construction Laborer supports civil construction professionals by preparing, transporting, cleaning, and organizing the site to facilitate construction activities. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required **WE ARE HIRING \- CONSTRUCTION LABORER** A Construction Laborer directly assists masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other civil construction professionals by performing preparation, transportation, cleaning, and organization tasks at the worksite, ensuring support throughout all construction phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment required for task execution; * Assist in mixing mortars, plasters, concrete, and other construction materials; * Load and unload construction materials; * Maintain the construction site clean, organized, and safe; * Prepare work fronts, including assembling simple scaffolding and protecting areas; * Assist in demolition, excavation, and debris removal; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations; * Perform other support tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman. **Requirements:** * Education: Elementary school level (preferred but not mandatory); * Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous experience in civil construction is a plus; * Physical ability to perform moderate to heavy labor; * Commitment, attention, and willingness to learn. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and willingness; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and punctuality; * Attention to safety regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Location: Construction site; * Working hours: As per legislation and project requirements; * Mandatory use of PPE provided by the company.
