**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Virtual Assistant** **General Information** **Immerse fully in UNA's culture (Mission, Vision, and Values)** CUSTOMER SERVICE Serve customers professionally and courteously through SynkronosCRM’s communication channels, appropriately handling requests and escalating them to the Process Supervisor or CEO as needed; Schedule, confirm, and reschedule check-in meetings with SynkronosCRM clients to monitor platform usability and feature adoption; Resolve issues and answer questions related to SynkronosCRM’s features; OPERATIONS AND PROCESSES Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, as well as the client’s certification catalog (connection, incidents, responsible person, key user, characteristics, etc); TECHNICAL SUPPORT Assist in resolving technical issues related to the messaging platform, including WhatsApp connections (Official and Unofficial), Campaigns, Chatbots, Message Templates, Sequences, and Message Scheduling; Guide users on effective utilization of the messaging platform, maximizing its features; PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND UNA REPORTING Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the number of leads generated, lead profiles, and the volume of scheduled appointments; Prepare periodic reports on the results dashboard detailing these KPIs, highlighting trends, successes, and areas requiring improvement; Present analysis outcomes during meetings with clients and the marketing team, delivering clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
