Responsible for integrated, accountable, and supply-chain-oriented work, delivering solutions focused on innovation, digital transformation, governance, regulatory compliance, performance and metrics, data, scalability, and result maximization for Casa dos Ventos. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop the supply intelligence framework for Goals & Performance management, KPI and digital indicator development, procurement policy creation, and governance management aligned with market best practices; * Support the Digital Transformation of the Procurement area by developing tools and bots, in close interface with the IT department; * Ensure maximum utilization of procurement-area tools and systems—such as Tableau and similar—by procurement team members, through appropriate development and application tailored to their needs; * Engage frequently with internal customers and the Procurement team to experience adopted strategies and anticipate their needs; * Support internal and external audit management; * Promote procurement best practices through benchmarking processes and knowledge exchange with the market; * Provide intensive support to Procurement, Contract Management, Registration Management, Logistics, and other related areas; * Perform activities in accordance with company policies and occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * MBA (preferred); * English language proficiency (preferred); * Experience developing dashboards and metrics using Tableau and/or Power BI; * Experience with procurement policies; * Experience with agile methodologies, Six Sigma, and others; * Experience with programming or AI applications in procurement; * Experience with goal-setting, measurement frameworks, and presentations. **Additional information** Benefits for you * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
