Your journey can begin now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily production activities, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, and deadline targets. * Monitor performance indicators, propose improvements, and implement corrective actions. * Assign tasks to the team, ensuring appropriate use of materials, machinery, and equipment. * Monitor compliance with safety standards, good manufacturing practices, and internal policies. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, engaging responsible departments when necessary. * Prepare and complete production reports, incident logs, and internal records. * Address operational problems and support strategic decision-making within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical or higher education in fields such as Production, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related areas; Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Basic computer skills and experience with management systems (ERP). Availability to work the night shift.
