Job Summary: An IT professional focused on infrastructure management, systems, security, and AI integration in healthcare environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Artificial Intelligence integration projects for healthcare innovation 2. Manage infrastructure and networks to ensure stability and connectivity 3. Implement Information Security policies and LGPD compliance Responsibilities: * **Infrastructure and Network Management:** Ensure server stability, inter-unit connectivity, medical image storage, and backup/disaster recovery protocols. * **Systems and Support:** Supervise technical support, guaranteeing service-level agreements (SLAs) and full functionality of diagnostic and management platforms. * **Security and Compliance:** Implement Information Security policies and ensure LGPD compliance in the processing of sensitive health data. * **AI Implementation:** Lead Artificial Intelligence integration projects for exam triage, report automation, and clinical decision support. * **Vendor Management:** Manage licensing contracts, data links, and hardware maintenance to optimize cost efficiency. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or IT. A postgraduate degree in IT Management or Innovation is desirable; Minimum of 5 years in IT, with experience in healthcare settings (clinics/hospitals) and managing multidisciplinary teams; Proficiency in network architecture, cybersecurity, RIS/PACS systems, and fundamentals of *Machine Learning/AI*. Minimum Education: Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA
