




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the creation, review, and optimization of 2D/3D technical drawings, interpret drawings, participate in meetings, and develop fire prevention projects. Key Highlights: 1. Engagement in the creation and optimization of 2D and 3D technical drawings 2. Active participation in the development of fire prevention projects 3. Development of internal improvements and automation of tasks Assists in the creation, review, updating, and optimization of 2D technical drawings per the project team’s guidance, including but not limited to piping, equipment, architectural, structural, and fire prevention and suppression drawings. Performs interpretation and validation of equipment drawings, verifying compatibility between Aplus drawings and supplier drawings. Participates in meetings with other team members regarding procedures, project changes, activity tracking, planning, and other topics relevant to the project. Assists in developing fire prevention and suppression projects per the project team’s guidance. Sizing and application of fire prevention and suppression systems, including: fire extinguishers, signage plates, emergency exits, emergency lighting, CMAR, TRRF, vehicle access routes, fire loads, fire brigades, fire alarms, as well as supporting the teams responsible for other systems. Assists in preparing legal projects for the Military Fire Department, insurance companies, ANP, and other regulatory bodies. Participates in developing internal improvements related to task automation and software. Contributes to the company’s continuous improvement. Develops 3D equipment drawings per supplier catalogs and instructions, adds or adjusts BIM information, and positions models within buildings according to layout. Assists in procedures for generating and processing electronic mock-ups (Navisworks). Assists in reviewing and coordinating third-party projects related to civil works, drainage, mechanical, electrical, and other relevant disciplines. Assists in the creation, review, updating, and optimization of 3D modeling per the project team’s guidance, including but not limited to piping, equipment, components, and structural elements. Participates in developing descriptive specifications and other basic engineering documents and processes. Assists in field visits for surveys and audits of piping systems.
